Muy recomendable. Es rápido, efectivo, precio excelente y buen trato. Llevo la moto a Enrique desde hace 10 años y siempre el resultado ha sido perfecto.
Al contrario de la impresión dejada más abajo por Daniel Impellizzeri, quiero manifestar que soy cliente de Taller Motos Álvarez desde hace más de 30 años y que el trato al cliente y los trabajos realizados son siempre de 5 estrellas. Además, da la casualidad que estaba en el taller cuando llamó el Sr. Impellizzeri que (como suele ocurrir) sólo ha contado parte de su conversación. Le dijo a Enrique Álvarez, dueño del taller que contestó la llamada, que había comprado por su cuenta unos neumáticos y pidió que el taller los montara, o sea, una variante del autoservicio. Enrique le explicó – en mi opinión con educación – que no realizaba ese tipo de trabajos, cosa que tuvo que repetir varias veces ya que el Sr. Impellizzeri no aceptó esa respuesta. Me alegro que el Sr. Impellizzeri encontró otro taller que accediera a su petición sin embargo debería tener más cuidado en el futuro antes de publicar quejas basadas en historias incompletas. Contrary to the impression given below by Daniel Impellizzeri, I have been a customer of Taller Motos Álvarez for over 30 years and can confirm that the service and repairs are always of 5 star quality. In addition, I happened to be at the workshop when Mr. Impellizzeri called and would like to highlight the fact that, as is often the case, he has only recounted part of what occurred. He told Enrique Álvarez, the owner of the business who answered the call, that he had bought two tyres and was looking for a workshop to fit them – in other words, a type of self-service. Enrique replied – perfectly politely in my opinion – that he did not undertake that type of work, something he had to repeat more than once since Mr. Impellizzeri tried to convince him to change his mind. I’m pleased Mr. Impellizzeri found a workshop which was willing to fit the tyres but he should take greater care in future before posting complaints based on an incomplete version of events.
