I visited this store several times over the past couple of weeks while staying in Alcalá de Henares. The selection is absolutely outstanding, but the customer service is even better. The lovely lady who helped us quickly became one of our favorite parts of Alcalá. She was attentive, funny, and took the time to get to know us. When we returned to the store a few days later, she remembered us, greeted us warmly, and left us teary-eyed as we said goodbye. While I may have walked away with some beautiful bags, it’s the heartfelt service that will have me coming back every time I return to Alcalá. ------------------------- He visitado esta tienda varias veces durante las últimas semanas mientras estábamos en Alcalá de Henares. La selección es absolutamente excepcional, pero la atención al cliente es aún mejor. La amable señora que nos atendió se convirtió rápidamente en una de nuestras partes favoritas de Alcalá. Fue atenta, divertida y se tomó el tiempo para conocernos. Cuando regresamos a la tienda unos días después, nos recordó, nos recibió con cariño y nos hizo salir con lágrimas en los ojos al despedirnos. Aunque me llevé unos bolsos preciosos, el servicio tan afectuoso es lo que me hará regresar cada vez que vuelva a Alcalá.

Muy buena atencion. Tuve un problema con el mecanismo de una cartera y me lo solucionaron muy satisfactoriamente en el momento. Tienda 100% recomendable.
